How To Prevent Hair Loss: The 3 Most Surefire Ways There Are

When faced with hair loss, some people like to take their time initially and try herbal remedies and all manner of exotic treatments. And, although there is nothing wrong with that — each to their own — I can say that nobody ever re-grew their hair dilly-dallying with such things. If they did, hair loss wouldn’t be a billion dollar industry.

Losing hair is a serious business, and you need to get serious.

Don’t get me wrong here. I think every little helps when fighting hair loss (within reason and using common sense and proof to back things up) but basing an anti-hair loss regime on something which hasn’t any proof to back up the claims aside from the words on the website you bought it from and some old wives tale history, is reckless. You would be playing Russian roulette with your hair and there really is no need.

We have proven treatments. Good ones. Ones which should be the foundation for your hair loss treatment, and, if you so wish to add a few other things in to satisfy your curiosity, then do so. But, I highly advise you to just stick with the basics — the foundation, first, for at least 6 months to a year.

The treatments I am talking about, of course, are the so called “big three”: Propecia, Minoxidil and Nizoral.

At the very least, you must try Propecia, as it’s effectiveness is unquestioned, and it’s convenience unparalleled. Plus, if the cost is a problem, you may opt for a generic version which if purchased from a reputable company will be every bit as good, but far cheaper.
